How long does delivery take?
Four to six weeks from order, and we confirm a date before we build.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, anywhere on the UK mainland. Islands and the Highlands are quoted separately.
What base do I need?
A flat, level base that drains — paving slabs, concrete or a timber deck all work.
Do I need an electrician?
An electric heater needs a dedicated circuit fitted by a qualified electrician. A wood-fired stove needs no power at all.
How much maintenance is there?
Sweep the benches and air it after each use. Treat the outside once a year.
Why is there no total in the basket?
Options do not change the price shown. We confirm the final figure before anything is built.
What happens after I send a request?
Send the request and we will call you back the same working day to confirm the details.
What does the warranty cover?
Ten years on the frame and two years on the heater, from the delivery date.
